Which shipping method do you use?
We typically ship orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Depending on weight, orders may be shipped via UPS.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 48 hours on business days. Depending on your location, you should receive your order within 1-5 days after shipping.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Any products used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Clearance items are final sale.
Exchanges are also accepted within 30 days of purchase. Clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
How do I start a return?
To begin a return or exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, which you can find in your order confirmation email, as well as any details pertaining to which product you would like to return or exchange. A member of our team will get back to you within 48 hours on business days.
Can I shop in person?
The Coug Store is online only, but we host pop-up shops in Pullman, WA. Stay tuned for pop-up event dates!
The Coug Store's physical location above Valhalla closed in 2020, but we're on the lookout for a new space.
Can I pick up my order?
All online orders are shipped via USPS (or, on occasion, UPS). If you have a request regarding in-person pick-up at our Pullman-based office and warehouse, please contact us at email@example.com and we will try our best to accommodate.
Is your merchandise officially licensed?
Yes! We hold merchandise licenses through CLC. All of our merchandise offerings go through an approval process and are officially licensed by Washington State University.

How long has the Coug Store been around?
The Coug Store launched in 2016. We're WSU alumni-owned and employ WSU students that play a role in the design, buying, fulfillment and shipping processes. All orders are packed and shipped in Pullman, WA.
